As operations manager, Richard is not one to drag his feet. He is constantly on the move, solving problems, overseeing projects, and organizing jobs. He’s quick on his feet and always well equipped for whatever challenges the day brings. Richard came on with C&H in 2012 with years of prior experience in the construction industry.

 

He first worked for a family construction company owned by his mother, then went on to ALDOT as a professional civil engineering trainee. In the ten years that he has been with C&H, he has established himself as a vital part of our team. He was named as one of the Alabama AGC Top Forty Under Forty in construction in 2021 and is a member of the AGC Construction Leadership Council, the Bonanza Day Committee, and the AGC Work Zone Safety Committee.

 

Richard and his wife, Kathrine, live in Fairhope, Alabama with their two children, Reid and Virginia, and their dog, Jace. He enjoys being on the water with his family, training his dog, fishing, and hunting.
